One-time Funds Transfer

Whether to pay your bills or grow your savings, transferring funds between accounts is easy and available to you through the CIBC Telephone Banking automated service. The CIBC Telephone Banking automated service offers full service banking at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-800-465-2422 or 1-888-337-2422 (for service in French).

Once you have entered your Convenience Card number and Telephone Banking password, the main menu will direct you to set up a funds transfer.

To transfer funds, you need to know:

• Information on the accounts you wish to transfer funds between
• The exact dollar amount of the transfer
