Same Day Bill Pay Reversal

CIBC Online Banking adds a layer of convenience to your online bill payments. Most bills you pay online can be cancelled up to 9:30 pm eastern time the day they're made.

If you make an error with an online bill payment, or just want to update the amount or timing of a bill payment, you can do it online.

Just sign in to CIBC Online Banking with your card number and password, and:

1. Expand "Pay Bills" from the left-hand navigation
2. Select "Review/Delete Payments"

To set up a recurring bill payment, you will need:

• The bill payment you wish to cancel
• The account you'd like to make the bill payment(s) from
