Making a bill payment at any CIBC branch is easy and convenient. Bills you want to pay can first be registered with your branch representative. Registering your bills allows you to track and pay them at any CIBC branch without presenting the bill.

If you hold multiple accounts with the service provider you want to pay, please ensure that you provide the correct account number for each payment.

To pay your bills, you need:

  • Your Convenience Card or information on the account you'll make your payments from
  • The exact dollar amount of the payment
  • Account you wish the payment to come from
  • If your bill is not yet registered you will need a bill stub that includes your account details
