Deposit or Withdrawal of Canadian Funds Cash or Cheques

Our network of more than 3,700 bank machine locations gives you easy access to your cash, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Many CIBC Instant Teller® locations will allow you to make deposits. Use our locator to find a bank machine that accepts deposits.

CIBC Instant Teller locations also allow you to use the CIBC Express Withdrawal® service. If there is one cash withdrawal amount that you make often from the same account, you have the option to set up a CIBC Express Withdrawal. To do so, simply select your express withdrawal amount, the account it is to be withdrawn from and whether or not you would like a receipt. The information will be saved and accessible to you during subsequent bank machine visits.

In order to make any deposit or withdrawal, insert your Convenience Card®, enter your PIN and the menu will direct you to deposit or withdraw Canadian funds.

To make a deposit or withdrawal in Canadian funds, you need:

• Any cheques or cash you wish to deposit
• A deposit envelope, available at the bank machine (to make a deposit)
• The amount of your deposit or withdrawal
