I have a US Dollar VISA card and would like to mail my payments to CIBC Credit Card Services.

CIBC recommends cardholders make US dollar payments for US Dollar VISA Cards. This eliminates currency conversions and you pay the exact amount you were charged. Your payments can be mailed to:
