  1. How do I apply for a job?

Browse through a specific job in the Job Postings and review the information carefully. If you are reviewing a job posting and you would like to apply for that job, but have not yet created a Candidate Profile, select the "Apply" button. You will be taken to the Candidate Login page, where you can create a Candidate Profile.

If you already have a Candidate Profile, you can submit your profile by selecting the "Apply for this job" button located at the bottom of the Job Posting. Your Profile will be submitted directly online.

  4. Why is there no e-mail address or fax number where I can send my resumé?

  6. A CIBC Employee referred me to the position. How do I apply?

CIBC has developed a great program that rewards internal employees for attracting new talent to its organization. This program is called "Talent Scout".

If a current CIBC employee has referred you to a job posting, you can begin the application process by creating your Candidate Profile. In the "Source Category" field of the Candidate Profile page, be sure to select "Employee Referral (ERP)". This will pre-populate two options available in the "Specific Source" drop-down field. If you are uncertain of the specific source, please choose "Talent Scout - Cash reward eligible." The Recruitment Consultant will verify at a later time if the employee is eligible for the reward.
