Vice-President Research - Global Asset Allocation

Joined CIBC Asset Management in March 2003, Vincent is responsible for developing the research infrastructure and managing the research process of the Asset Allocation and Quantitative team, operating from within the firm's Investment Management Platform. Vincent also participates in establishing economic scenarios on global markets.

Masters degree and Bachelors in Economics from Université du Québec à Montréal (Montreal).

Assistant Chief Economist at National Bank Financial (Montreal) from 1997 to 2003; Economist at the Ministry of Finance (Ottawa) from 1990 to 1996; During that time, Vincent was also a professor at Ottawa University (Ottawa) from 1991 to 1992.
