Joined CIBC Asset Management in July 1998. Jeff is head of the Global Fixed Income team, operating from within the firm's Investment Management Platform.

Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh); Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo (Waterloo); Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA); Jeff is also a CFA charterholder.

Vice-President, Fixed Income at CIBC Asset Management (Toronto) from 1998 to 2001; Various positions at ING Investment Management (Toronto) from 1993 to 1998 including Vice-President, Canadian Bonds and Fixed Income Portfolio Manager; Consultant, Fixed Income from 1990 to 1993 and Investment Planning Assistant from 1987 to 1990 at Confederation Life Insurance (Toronto).
