Joined CIBC Asset Management in January 2000. Guy is head of the Global Equities group, operating as part of the firm's Investment Management Platform.

Bachelors in Economic Sciences from Université de Sherbrooke (Sherbrooke); Guy is also a CFA charterholder.

CIO from June 2001 to March 2002, and Vice-President, Investment Process and Products, from 2000 to 2002 at CIBC Asset Management (Montreal); Various positions at Hydro-Québec (Montreal) from 1991 to 1999 including CIO, Portfolio Manager Strategy and Asset Mix at Hydro Quebec's Pension Fund, and Financial Advisor in the Money Market and Risk Management Division; Economist and Senior Analyst for the Treasury Department at General Trust of Canada (Montreal) from 1986 to 1991.
