Institutional Distribution Team

CIBC Asset Management's Client Servicing team is responsible for all servicing activities related to institutional clients located in Canada and abroad. The team comprises experienced and knowledgeable professionals who are dedicated to meeting client needs.

Always promoting transparency within the investment process, our servicing professionals meet with clients regularly to discuss CIBC Asset Management's outlook for capital markets and to review performance and portfolio strategy. Focused on building solid long-term partnerships founded on trust, our Client Servicing team acts as the primary contact in responding to client questions or requests regarding industry trends and products.

Whether by providing counsel, discussing results or answering questions, the mission is to add value above and beyond investment performance. Every action taken is guided by the principle that at CIBC Asset Management, the client is our number one priority.

The Business Development team and the Consultant Relations team are responsible for all sales activities in key markets where CIBC Asset Management has elected to compete. Our team of knowledgeable investment professionals is specialized by distribution channel and geographic region.

With a sound understanding of the financial marketplace and the sales process, the Business Development team and the Consultant Relations team are responsible for generating new interest in CIBC Asset Management's products and services. Through their constant interaction with clients, consultants, wholesalers and other members of the financial community, the team remains abreast of the ever-changing needs of a dynamic marketplace - knowledge that has proven essential in the development of strong client solutions and relationships.
